We acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Premium Pharma, a Belgrade-based company, in the sale of its key product portfolio—Biota Intima, a market leader in women’s health in Serbia and Montenegro—to Hemofarm, a member of Stada Arzneimittel AG. This strategic acquisition will strengthen Hemofarm’s leadership in these therapeutic areas, while Premium Pharma will accelerate the development of its other proprietary product portfolios.
